Awilda Ascends Properties is a community-focused real estate company built on compassion, integrity, and service. We help homeowners navigate life’s transitions by providing clear options, whether that means listing their home on the market or exploring a direct sale.
 

It was founded by Awilda Lalande, MBA, a senior healthcare operations leader with more than two decades of experience supporting patients, families, and entire communities through life’s most difficult moments. Her background in healthcare shapes the way this company operates, with structure, empathy, and a deep respect for people navigating change.
 

In 2025, after being laid off and reflecting on more than two decades in healthcare, Awilda realized how often housing challenges were part of the hardships families were facing. Having worked closely with patients and families during some of their most difficult moments, she saw firsthand the impact that unstable housing and difficult transitions can have. That experience led to the creation of Awilda Ascends Properties to continue serving others in a new way beyond the clinic walls.
 

Our mission is simple and deeply human. We help homeowners find clarity, stability, and hope when their housing situation feels heavy or uncertain. We do not lead with pressure. We lead with options.
